As a licensed  clinical social worker (LICSW) I am trained to help people enhance or restore their capacity for functioning.  The practice of social work requires knowledge of human development and behavior. I have certification as an ACSW (by the Academy of Certified Social Workers and certification as Advanced Social Work in Gerontology.  I am a state designated Geriatric and DD Specialist.
